Data we collect and how we use it

• The name and email address you provide to create and manage your account, identify users, and respond to service or support requests.
• App interactions, meaning information about feature usage and activity within the app, to operate the service and improve the user experience.
• Information you voluntarily send when contacting the team through WhatsApp or email is used to handle questions, verify account ownership, and process data deletion requests.

Data sharing and contact services

We do not sell users’ personal data or share app user data with third parties, as declared in the app’s Data safety section on Google Play.

The WhatsApp button opens an external service that you choose to use to message us. Your use of WhatsApp or your email service is also subject to that provider’s privacy policy. Do not send passwords, PINs, one-time codes, or payment card details in support messages.

Data security and retention

User data is encrypted in transit. Data access is limited to service administration and handling user requests. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Account data is retained while the account is active and needed to provide the service. Following a deletion request and verification of account ownership, deletion is completed within 30 days. Related backups and security records may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion, then deleted or anonymized.

If transaction records or certain data must be retained longer for legal obligations or dispute resolution, we will explain the data categories, reasons, and retention period when processing the request. The data is deleted or anonymized once those obligations end.

Data requests and account deletion

You can contact us to request access to or correction of personal data, ask about data use, or request deletion of your account and associated data. We may verify account ownership before processing a request.

Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your account. Account deletion is permanent, and the account can no longer be used once deletion is complete.
